Future President Obama has made his stance on Net Neutrality apparent, as has the FCC. I wouldn't worry about it very much anymore, everything has fallen well into place and the future looks bright. THe most I would expect is a few ISP's to break off into the gray space between legal and illegal, *cough* Comcast.

will be tough to remove torrents if there is no firm legislation enforcing its removal.
