Also since when does it matter? it's not like he is just going around posting nonsense or truly spamming. From what I have seen he has been replying to people and been relatively on topic.

EDIT RESPONSE: Yeah I saw that too, that was because he lives in the UK and is in a different time zone than us so he responded to all the posts we made and no one else was around to post with him.
