The deal was my 1.7 mil for one of I loretab I's pins. We tried transferring through bh but he died and lost the cash. He demands another 1 mil for the same pin when he should be giving me it for free. I paid my part of the deal, and if he lost it in bh it's his responsibility not mine.

Once the money is in your possession, it is YOUR responsibility. He gave you the money, after that the trade is completed.

ok if you went first in a trade and gave me 1.7 mil and you get nothing in return, I don't think you'd let it go so easily? The pin should be FREE and i shouldn't have to pay [censored] for it tbh because technically it's already mine. No excuses dude, regardless of what happened to "your" cash, complete the trade at least. I basically traded 1.7 mil for nothing so i wouldn't even attempt in making anymore pathetic excuses. And if this trade stays incomplete.. it's considered a scam for your info..

loretab, its clearly your fault. Its common sense. You don't need to make an agreement on whether you accidentally die or not; you just don't die. And since you did, its your fault, so you ARE scamming him, even though it might've been an accident (which i doubt anyway).

The way I see it, you were buying a pin for 1.7m. He was to give a pin AFTER he recieved payment safely. He died with money so he really never recieved the money SAFELY. So technically you never really payed for the pin =/.

You see it's that he could have died to his friends, that is why it has to be that right after the payment he should get the pin. Say, if I was selling pins, I could get the payment then die to my friends and then say, "Oh well I died, you're not getting your pin." That is the reason that it has to be that right after he receives money the trade is over. It is also the responsibility of the person receiving the money to provide a kicker or a protector, which he failed to do.

If I didn't pay for the pin, then what do you call my 1.7 mil that was lost in bh? I didn't just throw it out there for free, it was meant for the pin. I'm not gona keep paying him mil after mil until he SAFELY gets the cash.. My part of the deal is done.

When did i say that it wasn't my fault for dieing? I'm not saying it was his fault I'm saying i didn't safely receive the payment. There fore I'm not giving him the pin. Now ill still offer the 700k discount if he wants but that's it.
