I've been reading around the web about this problem on other monitors but everyone seems to have a different opinion can someone please help me narrow this down. At my job Saturday night I shut the computer off but not the monitor so the light goes to yellow. Sunday morning the person who restarted the computer said the monitor didnt work and when I came in the monitor was flashing green. I tried unplugging the blue plug from the monitor on the computer, but no luck. The tech guy that replaced the monitor said I was messing with the settings and it broke the computer, the only thing I did was change the screen saver that night to the exploding ball. Please help me with what could have gone wrong and tell off this tech guy. Its a Viewsonic VA912b.
