and i also use flash drives which i need to get data from my college and all my college pc's are affected by viruses

That's the problem, your flash drives, and more than likely the other college pc's are infected

Can you do the following
download Flash_Disinfector and save it to your desktop
  • Double on Flash_Disinfector.exe  to run it. If you receive a prompt, please allow it.

  • You will be prompted to plug in your flash drive. Plug it in. If you have more than one, plug them in
  • Flash_Disinfector will start disinfecting your flash and hard drives. This takes a few seconds. Your desktop will disappear in the meantime.
  • When done, a message box will appear. Click OK. Your desktop should now appear. If it doesn't, press Ctrl + Shift + Esc to open Task Manager.

  • Click on File > New Task (Run...). Type in explorer.exe and press Enter. Your desktop should now appear.
Note: Flash_Disinfector will create a hidden folder named autorun.inf in each partition and every USB drive plugged in when you ran it. Don't delete this folder...it will help protect your drives from future infection.

Leave any external Flash drive, external harddrive,etc.. connected
Download ComboFix from one of these locations:

Link 1
Link 2
Link 3
Save it ONLY to your Desktop

      --------------------------------------------------------------------
Temporarily Disable your AntiVirus/AntiSpyware applications, usually via a right click on the System Tray icon. They may otherwise interfere with this tool
  • Double click on ComboFix.exe & follow the prompts.
  • As part of it's process, ComboFix will check to see if the Microsoft Windows Recovery Console is installed. With malware infections being as they are today, it's strongly recommended to have this pre-installed on your machine before doing any malware removal. It will allow you to boot up into a special recovery/repair mode that will allow us to more easily help you should your computer have a problem after an attempted removal of malware.
  • Follow the prompts to allow ComboFix to download and install the Microsoft Windows Recovery Console, and when prompted, agree to the End-User License Agreement to install the Microsoft Windows Recovery Console.

**Please note: If the Microsoft Windows Recovery Console is already installed, ComboFix will continue it's malware removal procedures.

Once the Microsoft Windows Recovery Console is installed using ComboFix, you should see the following message:

Click on Yes, to continue scanning for malware.

When finished, it shall produce a log for you. Please include the C:\ComboFix.txt in your next reply

NOTE: Do not mouseclick inside ComboFix window as it's running, it may cause it to stall
ComboFix will/may run again on startup, it will prompt that it's creating a log
This process could take up to 10 minutes, let it run uninterrupted please

Enable your AntiVirus now!

Then please do the following
Do a "System scan only" with Hijackthis and put a check next to these entries:

R0 - HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main,Start Page = about:blank
R3 - URLSearchHook: Yahoo! Toolbar - {EF99BD32-C1FB-11D2-892F-0090271D4F88} - (no file)

After you have ticked the above entries, close All other open windows
Including this one
Leave Hijackthis open and click FIX CHECKED
OK the prompt and exit Hijackthis

Reboot the computer afterwards

Back in Windows

Download > ATF Cleaner < by Atribune and save it to your Desktop.

Double Click on ATF-Cleaner.exe to Run it
Check the boxes to the left of:

Windows Temp
Current User Temp
All Users Temp
Temporary Internet Files
*Prefetch (Windows XP) only.
Java Cache

The rest are optional - if you want to remove the lot, check "Select All".
Finally click Empty Selected. When you get the "Done Cleaning" message, click OK.
If you use Firefox browser
Click Firefox at the top and choose: Select All
      Click the Empty Selected button.
NOTE: If you would like to keep your saved passwords, please click No at the prompt.
Click Exit from the Main menu

download Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware from Here or Here
Save the installer to desktop

Double Click mbam-setup.exe to install the application.
  • Make sure a checkmark is placed next to Update Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware and Launch Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware, then click Finish.

  • If an update is found, it will download and install the latest version.
  • Once the program has loaded, select "Perform Quick Scan", then click Scan.

  • The scan may take some time to finish,so please be patient.
  • When the scan is complete, click OK, then Show Results to view the results.

  • Make sure that everything is checked, and click Remove Selected.
        * When disinfection is completed, a log will open in Notepad and you may be prompted to Restart.(See Extra Note)

  • The log is automatically saved by MBAM and can be viewed by clicking the Logs tab in MBAM.
  • Copy&Paste the entire report in your next reply
Extra Note:
If MBAM encounters a file that is difficult to remove, you will be presented with 1 of 2 prompts, click OK to either and let MBAM proceed with the disinfection process,if asked to restart the computer, please do so immediately.

Also post a fresh Hijackthis log please and let me know how things are running

How are things running now?
Running Flash_Disinfector and ComboFix would of disabled Autostart of flashdrives, etc

You can manually open them thru MyComputer
much safer, as you found out, the flash drives have infected your computer

I suggest that you insert your Flash drives to the computer
And scan them with your updated antiVirus,
You can find your Flash drives in MyComputer>>Don't open the contents, but right click on the drive and Scan it with AVG
and it wouldn't hurt to scan them with MBAM also
Simply have the Flash drives inserted
Open MBAM and select Full Scan>>Select the external drives>>All external drives

Another problem is, you are sharing your drive on other computers in your College
Their computers are probably also infected
