Automatic LiveUpdate Scheduler
and
LiveUpdate Right click on each and select Properties
In the Startup type dropdown box, select DISABLED
Apply and OK each then exit the Service manager
Can you right click on the Hijackthis shortcut on desktop and choose to "Run as Administrator"
