Hey, thanks for the nice non-technical analogy of the Rambus vs. SDRAM debate. Your page was 7th on a Google search for \"sdram versus rambus\".
So can I assume that applications requiring huge amounts of processing and memory power will benefit from rambus? Would an otherwise equivalent machine running SDRAM suffer when processing complex tasks like applying noise-reduction filters to 80 min wave files, or adding complex photoshop filters to large hi-res image files?
