Trouble with Avira Antivirus
« on: November 13, 2009, 12:16:45 AM »
Hello,
I am trying to uninstall Avira Antivirus but keep getting a message saying the initialization module cannot be found. This happens when I use the remove program option. I want to reinstall Avira because I am having problems updating the current program installed on my computer.

Thanks for any help

Trouble with Avira Antivirus

What version of Avira are you running, the free version or paid version

Note: Avira free version is having problems with updating for awhile now because of busy servers
Regardless, let me know what version you have, you can try a manual uninstall and reinstall

Do you want to post your own logs from FRST?
