Did you special build this computer, or did you buy it from a know outlet
What is the mode. of computer you bought>
Don't make this so difficult, who is the maker of your computer

Obviously you can go to Nvidia website and find the latest drivers
What else do you need to know?
Supply the supplier of your desktop, forget about posting images
