Before I follow the steps you outlined, the ITunes Program has been running properly for almost two hours this morning. Should I see if this continues before I perform all of your steps; or, should I remove the unnecessary programs but hold off on updating the ITunes version. i.e do all of the steps except update Itunes. Or, should I just update Itunes and see if the program continues to work?
FYI:
I have been keeping an eye on my Event Viewer too, i.e. Run Eventvwr. There was a long Warning message:
Windows saved user D2F****\Mark registry while an application or service was still using the registry during log off. The memory used by the user's registry has not been freed. The registry will be unloaded when it is no longer in use.
This is often caused by services running as a user account, try configuring the services to run in either the Local Service or Netw Service Account.

Event:1517 This Warning message appeared periodically going back for days. I don't know if this means anthing. I cleared the Event Viewer log and the application log has been blank for awhile. Also, since the message mentined Registry, I temporarily disabled Registry Booster program from running during this current successful run of ITunes.
Could Registry Booster interfere with this application or any other running application?
Thanks.
