I don't really know the game very well but, don't you get to dungeoneering level 99 by have all high other stats?

Isn't the concept of dungeoneering fueled by using every single stat?

Yes. It gives this account not only an extreme advantage of being able to do EVERYTHING in a dungeon, but you also find teams EXTREMELY fast.
