You appear to be running the free version
You can download the latest free version of Avira from the following link

In addition:
Please download TFC by Old Timer and save it to your desktop.

Open your copy of SpywareBlaster you have installed
When it opens, select the "Disable All Protections" under the main page
Close SpywareBlaster
Enter 'Programs And Features' in Windows Control Panel
Uninstall "
SpywareBlaster 4.3"
Continue to uninstall the following
Java™ 6 Update 20
Java™ 6 Update 6Uninstall your version of Avira from 'Programs and Features' in Control Panel
After removal, ensure you reboot your computer
Back in Windows
Right-click on
TFC.exe and choose Run As Administrator.
Click the
Start button to begin the cleaning process and let it run uninterrupted to completion.
Important! If TFC prompts you to reboot, please do so immediately.
Back in Windows
Right click on the installer for the newest version of Avira AntiVir and "Run as Admin"
Follow the prompts
Let it update and run a scan
Afterwards:
Go and install the latest version of Sun Java from the following link
