Advice, try using the capslock key before typing, Your problem wasnt made clear so i cant give much help with that, although first you need a dvd writer and some compatible media (DVD+R, DVD-R etc..) i found that neros wasnt compatible with my HP dvd writer and so i downloaded "cheetah dvd burner" software and it works brilliantly, hope i helped

"CD ROM THAT IS SUPPOSE TO ALSO BURN DVD"

Sorry to the best of my knowledge it is physically impossible.
Besides who would buy a DVD burner if they could just use their cd burner.
Another fact: A cd can only hold as much as 700 MB and a DVD Movie Could be as large as 4.7GB to 9 Point something GB

However assuming that you had a DVD BURNER you could use these two software to make a successful copy of any DVD:

1. DVD Decrypter (Removes Protection of cd and places it on your hard drive. It also lets you burn the DVD).
2. Easy DVD Shrink ( As the name implies it shrinks the DVD so that it can fit in your 4.7 GB DVD

Dvd Decrypter is free and you can get it here:
http://www.soft32.com/download_75586.html

As for dvd Shrink it is not free. I have found that CloneDVD is great but not free. However if you looked hard enough I am sure that you will bump in to them sooner or later.
