i have look and try many things.
I have a toshiba portege 3010ct old but still has it uses. Althought it does not have an onboard cdrom. msdos and the standard win98se boot disk do not reconise the disk in dos.
it runs under the standard microsoft drivers in win98se but i cant get it to do it in dos. its a pcmcia cdrom brand is a unknown tystar. but in win98 it runs fine with the teac cdrom and standard ide control drivers.
anyone tell me how to make or add into the win98 boot to make it bootable from?
