There are two places you can go to download free music and then burn it to CD.

1.  BearShare.  Look them up in Google, download their free software and then just search for the songs you want.  Do not download and song that says Excellant or Must Have, etc.  When you have 15-20 songs it will be time to burn a CD.

2.  Kazaa Lite (avoid Kazaa).  Look them up in Google, download their free software and then just search for the songs you want.  It is OK to download and song that says Excellant.  When you have 15-20 songs it will be time to burn a CD.

To burn a CD with Roxio EZ CD Creator open Roxio, choose new CD Project, Music CD.  Select the songs you want to put on your new album by clicking and dragging or highlighting and using Add.  Do not exceed 74 on the bottom graph.  Name the album, Click on Record, and don't forget to finalize the CD.  This will have converted the MP3 files you downloaded to regular old tunes you can play in your car.

Im taking a different angle to the question.

BestBuy has a very good customer service dept. They dont get paid on
commission so they really dont care if you use there floor models for
burning a couplt things out. In FACT, i went there 2 days ago to burn
out a dvd and since it was closing the dude said come back tommorrow!!
So im taking it that it's fine. I have yet to burn it out but since i seemed
very comfortable doing it and they seemed comfortable to let me do it...
im going to do it in a couple days.

Salesmen that get paid on commission will bite your head off...so watch
out http://images.thetechguide.com/forum/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/smile.gif\' class=\'bbc_emoticon\' alt=\':)\' />...(i.e. circuit city, h.h. greg, etc..)

If you can get a wholesale membership to Sam's your in...they dont
even ask you a ?...they just let you do whatever. You could probably
even pull up a chair and scratch your nutz while you do it.
