COLOR MISSING FROM MONITER

I have windows 98 have no color on my display.  I used windows update and the display is still bad.  how do I fix it,

my SUGGESTION IS:

reinstall your win98 (you must have clean install of win98)
then if thats happen again

update your video card driver if it doesn't work in updating ask for the manufacturer or ask the store where you bought that monitor or video card why is that happening¿¿¿

Go to the web site of the maker of the video card and download the driver from there. Have you plugged the monitor in another computer to see if it is a hardware problem?
