You may be able to assist me with 2 Win XP issues:
AMD Athlon 900mhtz
256mb RAM
Win XP
\"My Computer\" (residing on my desktop) > Upon logging in, I access My Computer > local drive > egg timer.
I access task manager > \"My Computer\" = not responding. When I end task, I lose all icons on my desktop + task bar (only wallpaper showing).
Only way to gain access is to log off user (Task manager) > re log in. \"My COmputer\" then becomes available to operate normally.
