The only way to do this would be with something like laplink, http://www.laplink.com/ i haven't used it in a very long time so i don't know if it still supports dos, but it may. A far easier solution would be to use two network cards and a crossover cable, dos networking support is terrible but it's a lot easier, and faster for that matter, than parallel.

Setting up a network by using NIC’s and a crossover cable are not option, as one of the computers is a old laptop that have I have no network card to.
Is there any other software than Laplink that can do this ?
Is there anyway to add drivers or something to set up a connection through the parallel port

I mean to say if it is a way too add it to a win9x bootdiskette, and by that being able to set up a connection between the two computers using the parallel port http://images.thetechguide.com/forum/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/smile.gif\' class=\'bbc_emoticon\' alt=\':)\' />
