I Entered Phtotshop, Changed the color table and then loaded and edited the BMP 1. But when i then try to load replace it in resource hacker. it says that it is invalid.What can i do?

When you save the .bmp turn off compression. Bottom of the window, check box, when it asks 4bit or 8 bit.
