No its around however not in english :-/ Only ones i ever found where in either french, deutch, or japanese. Mainly japanese from what i found. Its been a few years since i watched these channels. A simple search on a search engine should pick some up. However, if you really like TV that MUCH!!! Your better off just watching US tv...alot of the tv i saw from those countries where re-broadcasts dubbed in their language. The japanese ones are worth a look but they quickly loose luster. However, i dont like TV so it might be better for you.
