Hi,
I have Netgear DG814 ADSL Router connected to an ISP with static IP, also it has 192.168.0.1 ip and does NAT.
The problem is - I have 2 machines, Machine1 has Win2k Active Directory and DNS (IP: 192.168.0.3), the DNS server resolves internal query and as well external query by forwarding to ISP's DNS server.
Machine1 setup - IP: 192.168.0.3, subnet:255.255.255.0, gateway (Netgear):192.168.0.1, DNS: 192.168.0.3 (it has forwarder to ISP's DNS server)
I can Ping external and Internal IP address, can do nslookup to resolves names but it does not browse Internet even with IP address (e.g
http://213.193.18.47).
Machine2 win2k - can connect to internet and using local DNS server (192.168.0.3) with following settings
IP: 192.168.0.2, subnet:255.255.255.0, gateway (Netgear):192.168.0.1, DNS: 192.168.0.3
Would appreciate if anyone can help.
