It is just simple as you copy a vcd.Go to the folder named video_ts and copy all the files in that directory.This provide you to  play the dvd by your dvd software(PowerDVD) as that is played by inserting the dvd disk.If you don't need this you can select the required *.vob files.They can be opened using the dvd software.
