Hi.  I just started getting an error message periodically on my computer that reads
"Src:Line:6Error:0Scode:800401f3"
with the heading
 "SmartIssue".
 It pops up over whatever I have on, whether it be the web or installed software.  Any idea what this is and how I can get it off my computer?  Thanks.

Do a Google search for SmartIssue. You need to spor the program from starting when you start window.
