The hosts file looks ok, if there was nothing else below this line
127.0.0.1 localhost

Did you figure out how to temporarily disable Norton's firewall?

Nothing below that line in host file.

Yes, I was able to determine how to disable Norton firewall. Thank you.

I am posting on my own computer let's see how it goes.........
