Ok here is what you do.
Click on your start menu.
Go to control pannel.
Now click on Switch to classic veiw. Here is a pic.

Now click on Internet options.

Now click the general tab.

Disk defragment organises the files on your hard drive. Like right now they might be spit up in fragements. And it has to work harder to put them together

No disk defragement is good and it can make your comp faster.

Ensure you install AVG and it is updated
Run the full system scan and let it fix whatever it finds
Reboot afterwards

Come back here post one last hijackthis log to ensure it's still clean

Then we'll go from there to ensure you run Disk Defragment

I'd rather you take the time to run it than not do it at all

Be forwarned, depending on the size of your hard disk and the amount of data you have on it
When we get you to run Disk Defragmenter, if you have never run it or have not ran it in awhile
It can take some time to run, but done on a regularly monthly basis it won't take as long

Hold onto AVG after your done the scan, don't uninstall it
