Again, try running the mouse on a non reflective mouse pad and see if it helps
Also, go into the mouse properties in Windows Control Panel
Under Pointer options,
Uncheck, if it is checked "Automatically move pointer to default position....."
How high do you have the mouse pointer speed, try reducing it and see if it helps
If no help
If you didn't intentionally install Viewpoint Manager
Access your add/remove programs and remove it
You may also have more than one entry related to Viewpoint
Such as Viewpoint Media Player, remove it also
Reboot into safe mode
Right click on the "MyComputer" icon
Left click Properties>>Hardware tab>>Device Manager
Expand(+) on MICE in the list
Right click on your Mouse in the list and choose Uninstall
If there is more than one entry, remove them all under MICE
Reboot back to Normal Windows
Let Windows autodetect and install the driver
Any help?
